CYIA Training school will be held in two locations:
June 8-12 and 15-19 at Central Valley Baptist Church in Meridian
May 30 and 17-19 at Coeur d’Alene Christian School
All training sessions are required. Summer clubs will be scheduled from late June through August.
During training, students will participate in one of three study tracks:
1. J-CYIA (Completed 6th or 7th Grade)
Students who have completed 6th or 7th grade will focus on the J-CYIA level. They will receive a Training School notebook and T-shirt.
During summer clubs, J-CYIAers will assist the Missions and Bible teachers in 5-Day Clubs. Their training will emphasize:

Assisting with games
J-CYIA Tuition: $75
Due with application by May 15
2. CYIA (Completed 8th Grade and Older)
Students who have completed 8th grade or older will receive a Training School notebook, T-shirt, and a 5-Day Club kit. During training, they will focus on teaching either the Missionary lesson or the Bible lesson. They will also learn how to:

Bible and Missions Teacher Tuition: $150

3. ADVANCED (Previous CYIA service for 3 or more years)
Advanced Tuition: $150

Initial Registration Process
You may apply in one of two ways:
- Print and mail the completed form included in the flyer to the State office in Nampa.
- Click the “Initial Registration Form” button below.
Once your initial registration is received, you will receive a welcome email with additional steps to complete.
The full application process takes time and includes pastor references for all students, background check for students 18+ and required training videos. Please be sure to allow sufficient time to complete all steps by May 15th.
